Shoaly - A Classic Beach House

Aaah - the serenity! Classic beach house one street back from stunning Shoalwater Bay. Set on a huge quarter acre corner block with north facing wrap around deck, this is a place of pure relaxation. Enjoy eating outdoors under the shade of tuart trees, looking out onto lush green grass. Shoaly is a simple beach house, with a few mod cons to make life that bit easier. For the kids, there's a swingset, kids castle, huge lawn and most importantly, the classic "float on a rope" swing! Enjoy! Other things to note Shoaly embraces outdoor living. With a spacious verandah and rolling green lawns (summer heat waves excepted!), its surprisingly protected from our WA seabreeze. The cosy lounge and dining is small, fresh and beachy in style (i.e. not suited to eight guests watching netflix together!)
