[stay_sean, Jeonju] is a city guesthouse located in Seosin-dong, the heart of Jeonju’s old town. We’ve thoughtfully reimagined a traditional Korean home by blending elements of hanok with a modern aesthetic, enriched with timeless objects collected by the host over the years. As time passes, these carefully chosen pieces gain character and charm, harmonizing beautifully with the clean lines of the interior—creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests. Insra9ram:: @stay__sean The space You’ll have exclusive access to a spacious home of over 30 pyeong (approximately 100 square meters). The kitchen and living area are fully equipped for cooking, dining, and relaxing—perfect for enjoying meals and spending quality leisure time together. Two cozy bedrooms provide a warm and restful place to sleep. In the living room, a beam projector is set up so you can comfortably watch Netflix, Olleh TV, and more—just like home. We take ventilation, disinfection, and bedding replacement very seriously, and maintain these thoroughly for every guest’s safety and comfort. Guest access We’re located 6,000–8,000 KRW by taxi from Jeonju Terminal or Hanok Village. Great local food, makgeolli spots, and “gamak” pubs are nearby, and we’ll send detailed info via text after booking. Parking is available for one car in front of the house; let us know in advance if you’re bringing more. Rates are based on 2 guests; from the 3rd person, it’s 30,000 KRW per extra guest. For 2 guests, please choose a room (1 king or 2 singles). If you’d like to use both rooms, there’s a 10,000 KRW bedding fee. All bedding is fully replaced and sanitized after each stay. Towels and amenities are set based on the number of guests and nights, but extras are always available upon request. Other things to note Full house manual, local tips, and important notes will be shared after your reservation is confirmed. You’re welcome to drop off your luggage before check-in (which begins at 3 PM). Please note: Unregistered guests or extra visitors may result in immediate eviction without refund. Infants and children count as one guest each—please include them when booking. We do not accept bookings for more than 4 guests. No BBQ or smoke-producing cooking (e.g. grilled fish) is allowed indoors. We are not legally responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence. In case of damage, compensation will be discussed.
