My quiet eclectic mid-century modern house is close to public transport. 4 minute drive from Flinders University & Medical Centre, 3minute drive to Westfield Marion Shopping Centre and Aquatic Centre, close to both Seacliff & Brighton Beach. 2 minute walk from local supermarket (open till 9.30pm every night) & takeaway shop. Off street parking for two cars. Suit students, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The cozy room has Wifi, a double bed, desk, LED Tv, clothes rack/shelf & a mirror. The space Your room - double bed, 2 x glass desk workspaces, LED TV, shelving, clothes rack & hangers, heater, pedestal fan, bin, towels, linen & superfast WiFi. PLEASE NOTE: The house is not fitted with central heating or cooling. The living areas and bedrooms generally stay comfortable year around, however during a really hot Adelaide summer [December - March] heatwaves where temperatures stay above 37 degrees for a few days straight the house can heat up. Windows can be opened and pedestal fans are provided for air circulation. The house can also get cold in winter (July & August). The bedrooms are cozy with heaters & electric blankets, however the rest of the common areas are not heated. Guest access Feel free to enjoy all of the shared areas of the home, including the bathroom, laundry, main lounge/living area & kitchen. You'll have access to a cleared shelf space within the fridge for groceries and a space in the main pantry cupboard for additional kitchen storage. During your stay I'm happy to provide recommendations on local restaurants and attractions, as well as information on how to get around during your stay. Other things to note Please be aware that 3 very well behaved ginger cats also live at the property. They are outside during the day time, but come inside in the evening but are restricted to the main living space, passageway and laundry areas.
