The double room is spacious and comfortable for 2 adults. It is equipped with cabinets, ample lighting, AC and an attached attached balcony. The bathroom is outside the room, near the kitchen across the room and not attached. It has all modern amenities – water heater, shower area. Perfect for Mumbai looking to experience the heritage and old-world charm of the city. It is walking distance from many hotspots like Colaba Causeway, Leopold Café, Radio Club and a short cab ride away to Gateway of India, Asiatic Library, Kala Ghoda and so on. Plenty of restaurants and bar are a stone’s throw away. Please note, we rent out each room on Airbnb, you will be sharing the apartment with other guests. There is also no parking in the building or outside the building, guests will have to park the car in one of the by lanes near by at their own risk. The flat is on the 4th floor in a 100-year-old heritage building. The building doesn’t have a lift and guests will have to climb stairs. the apartment is spacious, well lit and airy. The attached balcony allows you to enjoy the views and experience some beautiful sunsets. The large windows in the penthouse ensures a lot of natural light flows in. The living room is common to the guests and has a comfortable seating area, TV with amazon fire stick and a dining area. The kitchen is shared and is an open plan kitchen attached to the living room. Kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, cookware, microwave, water purifier, fridge, kettle and toaster. The laundry area outside the bathroom is common to all guests. The building is completely safe. We have made provision for a security camera outside the main door. There is a fire extinguisher in the living area. We provide the following additional amenities in the room to get you started – - 1 set of bath and hand towels per person - 1 set of clean sheets and blankets per bed - 1 welcome kit with essentials (soap, shampoo, toothpaste) - Cleaning is provided every alternate day on complimentary basis (on request). Additional cleaning is chargeable at INR 250/- per time - Bed linens and towels are replaced every 7 days on complimentary basis. Guest access Private room, shared balcony, living room & kitchen.
