The space This is a great suite for 1 person or a couple. Guests have access to their own entrance through a fenced patio, private bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with a dining area. The kitchenette includes a small microwave, a small oven with range, mini-fridge, and a coffee station. The highlight of the room is a comfy queen-sized bed, facing a 40" smart TV. Also includes: Free WIFI, independent check-in with keypad entry, an electric heater, and a dedicated driveway parking spot for one car. Parking: left side of the driveway or behind the red car. Guest access You will have access to everything in the room and to the covered patio with seating. The room is its own separate space with no entrances from the house, sharing one wall with the house. Check-in is at 3 pm. Check out is at 11 am. During your stay The check-in process is independent. Just park to the left on the driveway not blocking the garage. Enter at an angle so you don't bottom out. Follow the path to your room and enter the door code. A second car would park on the street behind the red car. If you have any questions message us through Airbnb. Do not knock on the door because we may not hear you.
