Villa Simão features two air-conditioned bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bathroom and one twin with access to a separate bathroom. A baby (up to 2 years old) can also be accommodated in a cot, in addition to the 4 guests. Please request when booking. Guest access Villa Simão is accessed from the street via a cobbled pathway of approximately 15–20 metres leading up to a garden gate and into the villa. Parking is available on the street. Please note the path is uneven and on an incline. Other things to note 📋 Booking Policy This home is intended for respectful holiday stays — parties and events are not permitted. If your group is primarily made up of guests aged 23 or under, please contact us before booking. Please note that the security deposit may vary for these bookings. 💰 Security Deposit A refundable €600 security deposit is required prior to arrival. This is standard practice for private villas and is fully returned after check-out, following a routine inspection. Deductions may apply in case of damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules. If applicable, these will always be clearly communicated. Any remaining balance is refunded on the day of or the day after check-out. 🏙️ City Tax Albufeira charges €2 per night per guest aged 13+ (April–October, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
