Bright, quiet, private, comfortable spacious room in new house, with your own enterance. Private bathroom, laundry and light meal prep area. Next to Orakei Basin walkway / 5 mins walk to Meadowbank train station. Bush walk, cycle path and cafes near by. 1km walk boardwalk to Orakei Bay Village with boutique shops and eateries, plant barn and electric bike hire. Property is gated and has one off street park. Note - check Auckland Transport (AT) for updates if you plan on using the train. The space The house was built in 2019, your room is spacious and has it's own entrance and is very private. Queen size bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe, laundry, microwave, rice cooker and light meal prep area included. There is a locked door between the room and the rest of the house. Guest access Room has its own enterance and storage space is available for bikes on request. Flexable check in available on request. During your stay Once checked in guest can text or email to make contact otherwise will be undisturbed and left to enjoy their stay. Other things to note A microwave and rice cooker is also available (Oct 2025). Please note there is no TV but there is free wifi. If you are depending on public transport please check Auckland Transport website as train line maintenance is schedule often on weekends.
