This Villa is remarkable combination of luxurious living in natures lap. We have 5 beautifully landscaped gardens sorrounding the villa. All the four bedrooms are beautifully decorated and are Air Conditioned with great view. We also have a resident care taker for assistance to our guests. We are equipped to host only families. While booking the villa please ensure you book it only for family groups. The host reserves the right to deny occupancy on arrival for friends group The space The villa is equipped with full time care taker for assistance of guests. Keeping personalized service and safety in perspective either the care taker or the host will occupy one room (outhouse) of the villa which has separate entrance and does not interfere with the privacy of the guests. We host only family groups. Food options:- Food is charged based on menu card and is not a part of traiff 1. We have a full fledged kitchen with dedicated cook and care taker who prepares food based on your taste preferences and budget. 2. Alternatively you can Carry your choice of food or order take away from local restaurants 3. Step out and enjoy local delicacy in restaurants/eateries Kitchen is not available for cooking by guests Pet charges of Rs. 500 per day per pet are levied for hosting the fur babies Other things to note We are happy to host only those guests who abid to these directives: Lavasa administration has restriction on following: 1.) Loud music after 10pm, as it disturbs the natural setting. Light music with volume that can be restricted within Villa is permissible 2.) Due to safety measures and wellbeing of all guests, Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. Smoking can be done only in open areas of the Villa 3.) Consumption of any form of Substances or Drugs are strictly prohibited on Villa. 4.) Responsible consumption of alcohol is desired 4.) Any damage caused to the property/furniture is chargeable. The host reserves right to cancel the reservation/levy charges if the above mentioned points are not adhered to.
