The cozy Kleist room offers ample space on 16 m² and is ideal for one person. It has a 140 cm wide loft bed and a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two people if needed. In summer, you can sleep better on the sofa. The old building apartment is centrally located in Wiesbaden on the fourth floor (without an elevator). The main train station is just 5 minutes away and the city center is about 15 minutes away on foot. The highway via Schiersteiner Straße is also nearby. The space I don't do Airbnb to make money, but to meet people. We value conversations and exchanges here. If you'd rather just need a hotel room, maybe a hotel room is better. There are always a lot of people here. So, it may well be that you see others here. This is a non-smoking apartment. In the kitchen you can make coffee or tea. The room, like all other rooms in the apartment (except the bathroom, of course) cannot be locked. There's a hairdryer in the room and you can use the things that are there. There is a separate guest toilet. You are welcome to eat or cook with us. I'd appreciate it if you didn't eat in the room. The balcony will be renovated soon. We are not allowed to enter it.
