Everything you need for a relaxing time away is here! Enjoy a private level in an end unit townhouse w/ private entrance located just off the Georgetown Lewes Trail. Located EAST of Rte 1 - 5 minutes to Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, short distance to Rehoboth & Dewey. Nestled next to the Lewes-Georgetown Trail. Great for walks & bike rides to explore the area. (2 bikes provided, rentals are also available nearby). We’re not responsible for any injuries. The space Accommodates any type of traveler(s) ... Enjoy your time at home by the pool and avoid traffic or venture out to the relaxing beaches or the local shops or outlets. Queen size bed in bedroom and 2 air mattresses (a Queen and a Twin sized) which is easy to setup. Additional sleeping is available in the main room on a comfy sofa and chair-and-a-half and ottoman. NICE elliptical is available for use along with 10 and 15 lb weights and weight bench, punching bag, fan, and tv as well! Roku enabled big screen TV. Wii is available for those interested. Medium height refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and single service coffee maker is available for your comfort. Pets are optional with an additional fee per pet. If you do not specify the correct number of pets, we will send a request for the additional fees. We also have a DOG CRATE so you don't have to treck yours along and can leave him/her at home with peace of mind! Advanced notice required so the crate can be setup. (If we are home we have a very kind, loving golden retriever who is always looking for friends who's there if we are.) Sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while enjoying a wooded view of the surrounding area or play with your pet on our side yard. Access to the basics of course, plus your getaway also includes these essentials...gym in your place, access to the pool, bikes, coolers, and beach chairs. Other things to note No smoking permitted indoors . Any cigarette butts, cigars, ash, and the like outside must be cleaned up immediately by our guests. Any sand should be washed off OUTSIDE using the hose provided. No sand should be rinsed off in the shower. Fees will apply if a plumber or other professional is needed to unclog drains or address other damage due to sand or negligence. All trash should be emptied and disposed of in one of the two locations within the community for trash and recycling. Wet towels should be hung to dry and beds stripped prior to check out.
