Sunny family flat in the mountains

Spacious flat conveniently located within walking distance to train station, shops, cable car, ski slopes, mountain bike tracks, hiking trails, playground, minigolf, small ice skating ring. The flat benefits from a large livingroom-dining-kitchen area and a south facing balcony. With its 3 bedrooms (1 big & 2 small) it is ideally featured for a family (leaving some additional space for friends / family visiting). We rent it for weekends and weeks when not using it. One indoor parking place. The space The bedrooms are confortable. The 2 small bedrooms are very cosy. While the low ceiling gives a unique character with its roof window to the bedroom with 2 single beds, it is important to note that it is not possible to stand everywhere in this room. In the other small room there is a high ceiling and a bunk bed. An additional mattress is under the bunk bed and can be used on the floor in any of the bedrooms. The bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the common areas of the building you will find a ski room and a laundry room. The flat is on the third (and upper) floor, without elevator. With the apartment you have access to one parking place in the underground garage of the building. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels can be rented for 30CHF per person and per rental. Otherwise please bring your own. - The guests are responsible to pax the daily taxe at the tourist office (2 minutes walk from the apartment): Winter 2.80CHF/adult/night and 1.40CHF/kid/night, Summer 5.30CHF/adult/night and 2.60CHF/kid/night. In Summer the guests receive a Free Access Card providing free access to many public transports and activities. In Winter the guests will have discount on some activities.
