The space Our eco-friendly strawberry farm is welcome you to experience. Our photogenic garden with persimmon, charming flowers and the view to the pine forest is yours. The house is cosy, bright designed, well-equipped with taste. We are willing to assist you. Important note: The house space is ideal for 2 people with under 2 medium or large suitcases. It is still enough for 4 guests with small luggages (4 cabin suitcases) and not spending much time at home. If you are a group of 4 and have more than 4 cabin suitcases or more than 2 large suitcases, the house will be really narrow that may affect your experience and comfort. Guest access You can access this entire tiny cottage, the garden around and some common spaces mentioned below during the stay: - the working space with comfortable chair, table, multiple electrical sockets, good speed wifi - eating area, you can order breakfast one day in advance (surcharge applied). Breakfast can be served from 7.30 to 9am everyday. We will flexibily cook and prepare the meal ourselves or buy from trusted local foodstores to ensure the taste, freshness and the diversity of the food. We may have some conversations during breakfast time. If you prefer quiet meals, it is also great. Please just message us. You can also join our Vietnamese meals everyday with advance order (surcharge applied). - warm sunny yard, this yard is designed for morning exercises (from 6-7.30am) and after 4pm. During other time, you can borrow chair to seat and relax around the yard. If we hold some workshops (in 3-4 hours) that need the common space, we will inform you at least 3 days in advance. P/S: The mini cottage has a lovely balcony upstairs with pine forest mountain and valley view that you can enjoy and relax, sometime during rainy season you can see the fog and the cloud ocean. The balcony is toward the Southwest so you can see a part of sunset. The most beautiful time is during 4 to 6pm. You can also prepare some instant noodle or salad by yourselves with fresh vegetables harvested from trusted farms (surcharge applied). Other things to note 1. Smoking: No smoking is highly appreciated. You can smoke outside the house/in the garden. If any damage caused by smoking, penalty will be involved. 2. Location: Our place is on a tranquil hill. It is peaceful and easily accessible during the whole day but it is a little bit deserted at night (just 200 meters from the main street to our gate) because of not much people living in our area. It is both pros and cons. If you love walking under the pines with full of sunshine in the morning, peaceful atmosphere and green trees, our place can provide them well. Our place is 2 kilometers to Hoa Binh Center and Da Lat Market. It takes you around 15-25 minutes walk or 3-4 minutes by car. Taxies are around our gate during the day. You can also easily take grab or ask me if you could not take the taxi. 3. Time: I am building a better and healthier lifestyle, a more lovely and warm space for all guests to join. I hope that you will feel welcome and comfortable at our place. A healthy life style requires me to sleep well and sleep early, so I and my teammate go to bed around 10pm to 6am. We are not responsive during that time. If you need any support, it will be great to contact me before 10pm and after 6am. If something is important and urgent, you can call me anytime. Most night buses from Ho Chi Minh City just takes 6 hours to arrive in Da Lat. It is really cold before 6 am and may give you a heat stroke. Please choose the bus departure time after 12am if you don't choose early check-in service and your check-in time is 2pm. 4. Mosquitoes We have gardens with multiple trees that we could not avoid mosquitoes. If you close the door and window during 5pm to 6am, there is rarely any mosquito in the house. To make it safe and comfortable for you, we do these following things: - spray natural insect repellent around the farm and garden periodically - prepare baby-friendly insect repellent bottle in the house that you can spray on your skin - leave a mosquito swatter in your room in case there is any mosquitoes come inside. Having 6+ years hosting on Airbnb, I am always so thankful for all lovely, kind and courteous guests and friends from this platform. I have luckily had lots of wonderful conversations and experience with many guests that we can share interesting things and support others.
