Within a farm inhabited by the owners, this "Gîte du Petit Convenant" will seduce you with its quality renovation and cozy atmosphere. Less than 4 km from the beaches and amenities, it has an ideal location if you like the countryside!! Greenery, goats, sheep, chickens, roosters, guinea pigs and dogs are part of the landscape of our garden! We love animals but do not accept guests' pets for the tranquility of our animals. The space Our small cottage of approximately 37 m2 has been recently renovated offering travelers 2 bedrooms including one on the mezzanine, a living room with kitchen (furnished and equipped) and sitting area. The dining table is foldable to optimize space. The ground floor bedroom is equipped with a bed for 2 people, the one in the mezzanine is attic-style and accommodates 2 beds for 1 person. The bathroom was completely redone in 2020, the living room and kitchen in the spring of 2021. Childcare equipment available on request. Private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue (possibility to use the large barbecue in common with the owner), 4 deckchairs. Weeks are preferred for the summer period. Warning: the cottage is located in the countryside 3.5 km from the sea and the entrance to Perros Guirec. The countryside has its advantages (calm, tranquility,...) but also its disadvantages (sometimes annoying smells for the most sensitive). This cottage is a great place for people looking for zen, simplicity and humanity. Goats (Zig and Alvin), Ouessants (Piderman, Nougatine, Penelope), chickens, roosters and guinea pigs in semi-freedom adorn the farm. For reasons of human and animal protection, it is strictly forbidden to enter their enclosures or feed them without the consent and/or presence of the owners. If you're looking for fresh free-range eggs, please don't hesitate to reach out! Guest access Access to the cottage is via a common outdoor access with the owners' house. The owners are at your disposal to welcome you from 4 p.m. Arrangements are possible for check-in and checkout times depending on the occupancy of the cottage. Other things to note We inform tenants that the cottage is equipped with an autonomous sanitation system: no wipes, period protection or other cottons should be put in the pipes. The use of bleach is not permitted. These instructions will be reminded to you upon arrival. We do not want to impose a systematic cleaning fee so as not to inflate the price of the stay for all guests. Thus, cleaning must be done by you at the end of your stay. We provide cleaning equipment and supplies for this. However, if you don't want to do it, you can get the cleaning package. You will then be asked to specify this upon arrival.
