Our cozy apartment has 45sqm and is located only a 1 minute walk from the vineyards in a quiet cul-de-sac. In the lovingly furnished, self-contained apartment with its own entrance, you will find an open kitchen-living room, a private bathroom, as well as a separate, cozy bedroom. For an additional guest, the sofa can be pulled out. There is free parking space next to the apartment. The space Our apartment is located in the souterain. Access is via its own external staircase. The apartment is quiet and cool in summer. You will be sleeping in a very comfortable box spring bed (160*200). The bed is ready made for you and towels are available. . The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and some kitchen essentials (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil,...) Other things to note Note: The town of Oestrich-Winkel charges a tourism fee of € 2 per night and adult for private travel. This must be paid on site.
