Studio apartment for your own use

You use the apartment alone and can use up to 3 sleeping places on sofa bed and mattresses. Please note that we do not have beds available. The apartment has a garden with seating. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen. At the moment there are dishes for 4 people, a coffee maker, kettle and a single hot plate. Sheets and towels cost 10 euros per person per stay. Wi-Fi is available. The space The apartment is used by us as a workplace and is therefore not fully equipped. But you will find all the things you need for a short trip to the heart of Connewitz. Since we live right next door, we can help you with many things if necessary. The sleeping arrangements are a sofa bed, a camping bed and a guest mattress. We provide everything, you have to take care of the assembly and furnishing yourself. Linens and towels are only available for an extra fee. Pillows and blankets are of course available.
