Since 2019, this house has welcomed many guests and experienced the intense pace of short-term rentals. Always attentive to feedback from our guests, we closed the accommodation for several months in order to completely renovate it: structural work, a full makeover, and redesigned comfort to offer a better experience. Always attentive to our guests' feedback and driven by the desire to offer the best possible experience, we have chosen to completely rethink the accommodation and renovate it thoroughly in order to improve every detail of the comfort and the guest experience. Today, you can enjoy a spacious, warm and fully renovated accommodation, designed to accommodate up to 8 people in the best possible conditions. From the moment you walk in, discover a beautiful, friendly living space with a fully equipped open kitchen and a large table, ideal for sharing meals with family, friends or colleagues. A Nespresso machine is available for your use with free pods, as well as tea, chocolate, sugar, and milk capsules adapted to the number of guests and the length of the stay. At the back of the accommodation, a modern bathroom, separate toilet, washer and dryer provide real everyday comfort. Upstairs, a cozy living room welcomes you with a high-end sofa with a truly comfortable mattress, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work. A smart TV provides access to international channels, movies, and TV series on demand. The first bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed. Upon request and free of charge, a baby bed and a high chair can be made available for children under 2 years of age. From the living room, a Japanese staircase leads to a large bedroom under the roof that occupies the entire level. It can accommodate up to 4 people in a calm and warm atmosphere, with a large skylight providing plenty of light and a pleasant view of the sky. The house is located in the very center of town, with no outside area, but with all the shops, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and services within walking distance in less than a minute. The location is ideal: quick access to the A1, A3, A86, and N104 highways, CDG Airport about 10 minutes away, Villepinte Exhibition Center 10-15 minutes away, Parc Astérix 20 minutes away, and Disneyland Paris 35 minutes away. Public transport is right outside the accommodation, with several bus stops within a minute's walk. Several free public parking lots are available all around the accommodation, with spaces that are generally easy to find. Other things to note ⚠️ The house includes stairs, including a Japanese step staircase to access the third floor. This type of staircase requires vigilance: it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or the elderly. Careful supervision is essential for children to avoid any accident. ℹ️ The house is located in the city center of Gonesse, where urban redevelopment work is underway for an expected period of two years. It is therefore possible that some parking lots are temporarily closed or that you hear noise pollution on weekdays and during the day only.
