Situated in the lovely Royal & Ancient Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders, this accommodation offers a warm and cozy 1 bedroom apartment for 4 persons. Tastefully decorated throughout, the fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to get some hearty food on the go and around the cozy fire or on the garden patio is the perfect place for chilling after a lovely ramble in the hills or a day out sightseeing. Edinburgh is just under an hour away and the bus stop a 1 min walk along the road. The space The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom a warm and cozy but spacious living room, with a large sofa bed. We can offer a travel cot and high chair and space for bikes on request. The parking is on street. Please note we have a 2 night minimum stay
