The apartment is part of an elegant, stately family home, surrounded by a 1,500–1,800 m² garden with a saltwater swimming pool, a covered porch, and several areas designed for rest and relaxation. Located between Montserrat, the vineyards of the Penedès region, and the beaches of Sitges, it is ideal for families and couples seeking nature, tranquillity, and character. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes basic essentials such as tea, coffee, oil, and pasta. The property is located in a quiet residential area. As soon as you enter the garden, you will discover a unique setting filled with plants, trees, and several outdoor corners that create a private and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The apartment is accessed directly from the garden through a large adapted window with an additional step. It is an unusual entrance and differs from a conventional door, so we recommend taking this into account before booking. This accommodation is particularly suitable for families and travellers looking for nature, authenticity, and a home with a distinctive identity. Guest access The apartment is an independent part of the house with direct access to the garden. It has two bedrooms—one integrated into the living room and separated by an antique wooden screen—a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped for preparing basic meals, and a small dining area. The spacious garden and the 14-metre-long swimming pool are shared with us, offering a relaxed and private atmosphere. You can enjoy the barbecue and the pool, and although these areas are shared, you will only be with our family and pets, with no other guests. We also provide guests with two bicycles to explore the residential area and discover the surroundings at their own pace. Our friendly dog and a few chickens also live in the garden, adding a special touch to the experience and often delighting families with children. It is also possible to charge an electric vehicle on the property. To make electricity consumption easier to manage, we recommend charging between 00:00 and 08:00. Daytime charging is also possible, provided it is agreed with the owners in advance. The service carries an additional charge of €10. The charging point provides approximately 3 kW of power and a maximum current of 16 A. Other things to note The property is a family home full of character, rather than a newly built tourist accommodation. Some furniture, materials, and decorative features retain the house’s original charm. Access to the apartment is through the garden via a large glazed opening adapted as an entrance, with an additional step. Due to this feature, the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The swimming pool and garden are occasionally shared with the family living in the main house. Although we respect our guests’ privacy, we cannot guarantee completely exclusive use of the outdoor areas. We provide separate towels for the swimming pool. For longer stays, an additional change of bed linen and towels can be requested. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Having a car is recommended for visiting Montserrat, the Penedès region, Sitges, and other places of interest. Barcelona is approximately a 50-minute drive away. It is also possible to travel by public transport, although journeys require more planning.
