Welcome to my humble abode! It's been recently updated and squeaky clean. Please enjoy an entire floor of my home to yourselves. Come and go as you please with keypad access. I am happy to give you privacy or get more involved by giving you recommendations and advice on visiting our lovely city. If you have concerns or accommodation questions, please reach out, I usually respond within an hour. The space What you get: Two spacious bedrooms located in the light filled basement of my recently renovated home. Memory foam mattresses result in a good night's sleep. Your bedrooms are completely private. The main bedroom has a closet and also has a large smart TV (Netflix+Amazon included) and a comfy sofa, allowing you to sit back, relax, and enjoy some complimentary movies during your down time. You'll have your own separate side entrance to the house, used mainly for AirBnb guest access. This door opens to stairs that take you to the lower level. A dining area, stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, organic tea, mini-fridge and microwave, is conveniently located in a common room between both bedrooms. There is also a smart TV in this room. A shared laundry room has a washer and dryer and rack for drying. For your convenience, please use the high efficiency soap provided. For those on business or to get out those suitcase wrinkles, there is also an ironing board available for your convenience. The bathroom has a beautiful glass shower and roomy vanity. Along with plush towels, it is fully stocked if you forgot any toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, feminine products). I think we've got you covered, but if you need anything, just holler. Guest access Access to the Airbnb is through the south side door (it is the glass door, not the red door). There is a nifty keypad access, so you can come and go as you please, and it doesn't require keys! The entire basement is available to guests, including two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining area, and a laundry room. The backyard is also available for enjoying the PNW fresh air, just keep in mind my friendly pup could also be romping around out back, so be willing to share :) During your stay I respect everyone's privacy but am always happy to assist with the planning of your trip in Portland from the "must sees & must do's" to local bar and restaurant recommendations. I live on the second floor of the house, so I am usually around in the mornings/evenings and weekends. I can be reached via text, call, or email. If I am out of town, I will leave a local point of contact, most likely another resident of the house. Other things to note I have a 4 year old pointer. He's very friendly and loves to romp around out back. He is never allowed, and has never been in the basement. I only mention it in case you have severe allergies.
