Just around the corner, you’ll find the Tsar Peter House Museum, where Tsar Peter the Great of Russia once stayed. Everything Zaandam has to offer is within walking distance – including the newly revitalized city center with its theater, cinema, shops, cafés, and a wide variety of restaurants. Please note: We do not serve breakfast, but there are many great cafés nearby. Getting Around • Zaandam Central Station is just a 7-minute walk from the guesthouse. • From here, direct trains run to: • Amsterdam Central Station – 11 minutes • Schiphol Airport – 17 minutes • Trains to Amsterdam every 10 minutes; to Schiphol every 30 minutes. Parking • Free parking available at Houthavenkade 34 (use this address for navigation). • Paid parking in front of the guesthouse: €4.00 per hour (payable between 09:00 and 23:00).
