Located just 5 minutes from I-10, US-54, and Fort Bliss, it’s perfectly situated for business travelers and traveling families alike. Important House Rules: To ensure a safe environment for everyone, we strictly enforce the following: No Third-Party Bookings: The person booking must be the person staying. Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests. Please disclose the exact number of guests when booking. No Gatherings: Absolutely no parties, unauthorized guests, or events. Violations will result in immediate cancellation via Airbnb without a refund. The Space: Sleeping: Features a Queen bed, a sofa sleeper, and a twin bed (accommodates up to 4 guests). Work & Tech: High-speed AT&T internet, a dedicated wall-mounted desk with a 22-inch monitor, and a ceiling-mounted 60" Smart HD TV with DirecTV. Kitchen: Fully equipped with full-size appliances, a microwave, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker. Amenities: Bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a new energy-efficient AC/Heat pump. A washer/dryer is available for extended stays. EV Charging: Available, fee will be based on KW usage. Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please do not leave them unattended unless crated, and kindly clean up after them immediately. Our friendly small dog also shares the yard. Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the casita. You are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas. Guest Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, the property is monitored 24/7 by Nest cameras. Hosts are on the property 24/7. The driveway features newly installed lights for visibility; please use caution when walking near them as they sit slightly above ground level Guest access Guest will have onsite parking and a shared entrance to the property. Guests are able to access to shared backyard, patio chairs and deck that oversees the city for those breath taking views of 2 Countries, 2 States, 2 Cities and the mountains behind our property.
