Lovely relaxing property: large loft bedroom with double bed, 1 double bedroom on first floor plus all the ground floor living areas: Kitchen, sitting-room, 2 bathrooms, conservatory & secluded south facing garden. The property is in a quiet residential area of Brighton with stunning views of the city & the sea, but with the benefit of door-to-door transport into the city centre & just a 5 mins walk to the South Downs. Free parking. Lovely balance of city life & leafy retreat. The space One large double bedroom with Double bed. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower, all on one floor in the loft with stunning views. On the first floor is another bedroom with a double under bunk-bed. There is a single bed on top of a small double bed. Please note the double mattress is smaller than a regular adult sized mattress so suitable for children and smaller teens. Also on this floor is a bathroom. On the ground floor is a cosy sitting-room with television, DVD player and games. Fully-equipped large, light kitchen with all amenities including a dishwasher. There is also a downstairs toilet. We have a conservatory leading from the kitchen out into the garden and onto a decked area and lawn below. We have garden table and chairs and a BBQ available. Easy access in and out of the city and free parking. Guest access You will have access to all of the house and garden except for 2 locked (for storage) bedrooms on the first floor. Other things to note This is our family home. In case of allergies we want you to be aware that we have a cat - though she will not be there when you stay: she will be vacationing at our parents’ house!
