Our apartment is ideally located for hiking or mountain biking in Hochries area. Furthermore a cross Country ski trial is availible in the winter season. if you are in Transit to Austria of Italy, our Appartment is only 10mins away from the Highway The space Welcome in our beautiful self-catering Apartment situated in the Samerberg Alpine Valley at 700 Meters above sea level. Our none-smoking Apartment provides space for up to three guests and is furnished with one king-size bed in the bedroom and an extendable couch for a third person. Enjoy some relaxing days in the Bavarian nature of the hiking paradise Samerberg. A big variety of sport activities are available nearby such as Mountain biking, Paragliding or during winter season Nordic skiing. Also for Day Trips our Home is perfectly situated. Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than one hour. The famous lake Chiemsee, the cities Kufstein or Rosenheim are only a 20mins car ride away. If you are only transiting to Austria, Kroatia, Hungary or Italy you are very welcome as well! From the Highway exits Achenmühle or Nussdorf am Inn you can find us in less than 10 Minutes. Our bright, spacious Apartment is part of a two story house which is settled on a southeast oriented hill. It can be easily accessed directly from the road side. With almost 90 square meters the Apartment Sonnenfeld provides you plenty of space in order to relax from the hectic life. The Apartment provides a separate bedroom which is furnished with a 180x200cm big and 66cm! high king-size bed. The Living room offers a extendable sofa bed for a third person. A big Raindance Shower pampers you in the Bathroom and the Toilette is located in a separate room. The Living room is connected to a spacious open Kitchen with a beautiful dining table. Not only for coffee lovers, is the Kitchen equipped with a De Longhi “Bean to cup” coffee machine and a Water cooker as well. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the entire apartment. Your smartphone can be connected via Bluetooth to our stereo radio which makes it possible to enjoy your favorite Radio station via a webradio. But the highlight of our apartment is truly the Panorama Balcony! From there you have a breathtaking view over the Samerberg valley and the mountains Hochries and Heuberg right in front of our house. Also the church and the maypole from Toerwang can be easily seen. Guest access In our little library next to the kitchen we provide our guest a selection of books in German, English or Chinese books. You are very welcome to exchange one of your books if you find something you like. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire Apartment! During the cold winter season you are invited to use the fireplace in the living room to make your stay with us even cozier  In the summer period invites the Veranda to enjoy balmy evenings, maybe with a glass of red wine. We provide our guests free parking at our property.
