Melissa, apartment by the sea with veranda

Just 480 meters from the enchanting beaches of Torre di Barì, and not far from the beach of Sa Marina, we have a beautiful newly built real estate structure, where there are five apartments of different sizes and number of beds that allow us to satisfy the needs of all our guests. The space Practical apartment, developed on one level on the ground floor, fully furnished and carefully finished. The accommodation has two uncovered verandas, with outdoor table and chairs, and consists of a living area with kitchen and sofa bed (only 1 additional bed suitable for children and teenagers), two double bedrooms (one of which with two single beds that can be placed side by side to make a double bed), large bathroom. Equipment: Complete kitchen, dishes, oven, fridge with freezer, air conditioning, washing machine, LCD television with digital decoder, iron, common area for barbecues, two shared outdoor showers, parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, to the veranda and private courtyard. The apartment has large unfenced garden in which there are no particular services. Other things to note In Bari Sardo separate waste collection is carried out, guests must respect the rules provided at the entrance to the apartment. PLEASE NOT THAT HOST CAN CHARGE ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES, I.E. 60 EUROS, IF GUESTS DO NOT FOLLOW THE GARBAGE DISPOSALS RULES. It is also requested that the apartment is treated with care and that it is returned free of rubbish, with an empty fridge and a clean hob. It is possible to request other changes of linen (sheets and towels) at a cost of €12.00 per person for each change. Only small pets are allowed, upon communication and only with our consent, with a supplement of €20.00 (supplement necessary to cover the costs of additional cleaning with adequate detergents and sanitizers to guarantee subsequent guests). In the common areas of the facility, animals must be kept on a leash. It is absolutely forbidden to let animals climb onto beds, sofas, chairs, tables etc... It is not permitted to leave the animal alone in the apartment for long periods of time, to avoid it complaining or causing damage.
