The house is structured on four floors and has several common areas: the dining room, a very spacious living room, a reading room, a garden and a courtyard with pergola at the back. Each room is located on a different floor and has its own private bathroom. Peculiar is the side dish a little shabby and a little bizarre: the curious cats will keep you company and even the chickens will pass majestically through the alley in front to observe what you are doing. Passo Duran, the scene of numerous mountain stages of the Giro d'Italia, connects the Agordina Valley to the Municipality of Val di Zoldo and offers a spectacular alpine panorama that is quite popular in summer by all types of hikers and rock climbers and in winter by ski mountaineering and cisapole enthusiasts.
