Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance. The space Sunset No: 23 is a stone house, with high quality, and natural equipment. Special attention has been paid to practicality and high quality. Everything is available for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We know how annoying it is to spend money and time on essential equipment during a vacation, especially for a short stay. Therefore, our house is equipped with all the basic necessities that you need on vacation: Essential food items such as sugar, salt & pepper, chili flakes, cold pressed olive oil from our own farm, tea, herbal tea, coffee beans, filter coffee, and Turkish coffee, as well as organic soap, organic shower gel, and shampoo, washing powder, detergent, cleaning products, kitchen sponge and towels, toilet paper and kitchen rolls are available free of charge during your stay. So you save not only money but especially time for tiresome shopping. Guest access You will have access to the whole guesthouse. Other things to note Please bear in mind that we have pets (dogs) on our premises. They are happy having people around, but not comfortable with visiting dogs, therefore we can not accept pets. Smoking is not allowed indoors. ****IMPORTANT**** We are obliged to present each guest's Turkish ID number or foreign identity (passport or identity card) to the gendarmerie/police.
