Gheppio 2-person apartment at the foot of Mount Grigna

In Piani Resinelli, surrounded by nature and in close contact with mountain life, is a warm and cozy two-room apartment with an open kitchen. We will be very happy to have you as our guests. The space The Gheppio apartment, available from April 1 to October 31, consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed that will be closed in this proposal for use, a bathroom with a shower, a private fenced garden facing south/east and a separate entrance. Standard occupancy: 2 people Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult who can use the sofa bed, in this case the guest fee of €10 per person will be required, in addition to the standard occupancy, per night, if not already duly entered at the time of booking. Not required for children under the age of three. Possibly available with the opening of the room with a bunk bed, you can request a quote. The cabin, covered in wood and stone, is located along the dirt road that leads to the farm, in front of a large pasture and with a 360-degree view of the Grigne and the peaks of the Valsassina. The two apartments are available for short stays, from the weekend to a maximum of 15 days, completely autonomous from an energy point of view, very cozy and bright with a capacity of 2 to 6 people. Each apartment offers: a large living room with a dining table and a wood-burning stove, a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, a spacious corner with a fully furnished kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment, a refrigerator, an extractor hood, and a cooking point with a gas stove. The apartments have modern bathrooms with showers. Included in the rent, we offer the apartment's linen service for standard occupancy and wood for the stove. Guest access The accommodation consists of two apartments with separate entrances, a parking space and a small private fenced garden. Our company headquarters are 300 meters away. Other things to note Please note that in the mountain pasture, ELECTRICITY IS PRODUCED BY SOLAR PANELS AND MUST THEREFORE BE USED IN MODERATION. In case of strict necessity, the emergency battery lamp is still available in the apartment. Each house has a separate entrance, garden and/or large terrace on the ground floor.
