(1 Double and 2 Twin Rooms all with fitted wardrobes) The Villa has an open plan Kitchen Living area and a separate indoor Dining Room with seating for 6. The Living area has a large 4 seater settee and two separate comfy chairs all directed at a large 40 Inch Flat Panel TV which has over 8000 international TV channels as well as a ‘chrome Cast’. Also within this living area is a large bookcase with an abundance of books to chose from. The villa has high-speed Internet (The highest the Island Offers) and Wifi access. There is a separate Toilet and washbasin room next to the large entrance hall and a large very well equipped Laundry with two washing machines. This room opens out onto a dedicated outdoor paved drying area with 3 separate lines. Drying times for most of the year is under an hour. Outside the Villa is approached by a private drive with ample off road parking. The Villa has had a large investment in the garden and the current owner is committed to making sure the outside ambience is as good as the inside, creating a green and colourful oasis that provides the perfect backdrop to relax in and enjoy. The property boasts an outdoor morning Chill out area set on a decorative stone patio accessed via double doors from the Dining room or a single door from the Master bedroom. This area has an outdoor 3 piece suite with centre coffee table and side table all under the cover of a pergola. This is used generally for morning coffee as the Sun rises on this side of the house. The main outdoor living space is at the rear of the property and is accessed from the open plan kitchen by twin sliding doors this leads to the outdoor dining area which can seat up to 8 and again is covered by a tiled roof pergola and has the benefit of blinds to screen out direct sunlight or wind should you need to. The terrace extends from the dining area out towards the fully tiled swimming pool which is a huge 9 meters by 6 meters. It is 1 meter deep at the end closest to the villa which is great for little ones and runs to 1.8m deep at the far end. The pool is plenty large enough to easily accommodate all 6 guests at the same time. The pool is surrounded with a generous tiled sunbathing area offering lots of options when deciding where to position yourself on any of the 6 comfortable sun loungers. This pool area is all set within a traditional organic shaped Canarian stone retaining wall which houses the extensive well-stocked garden offering the perfect outdoor setting for the ultimate in holiday 'wind down' relaxation. Guest access The whole house is available to guests.
