Gli Olivi Holiday Home is a detached house with patio and garden leaning on a beautiful olive grove. It offers a large living area with a sofa, TV, a kitchen and a wonderful wooden table on the ground floor, while on first floor there are three bedrooms and two toilets. A wonderful sight of the countryside can be enjoyed from the balconies of the bedrooms. Art heritage cities like Pisa, Lucca and Florence and historical villages like San Miniato and San Gimignano can be reached in 20-50 minutes The space The house has been built recently and it has been realized with materials and solutions aiming at energy efficiency and respecting the environment. Even if it is a modern design house, furnished in a modern and linear style, it is perfectly integrated into the surrounding rural environment, which is a typical Tuscan one: the house is part of a bigger area known as “Podere Passo di Chiecina” in the past, which is made up of a renovated farmhouse, agricultural buildings, wheat and sunflower fields, but especially of a beautiful olive grove. The house leans on it and it is possible to reach it directly from the garden, which includes two secular olive trees. Gli Olivi Holiday Home also provides a private access gate for the car, a three-side garden with typical Tuscan plants and a patio with night lighting. Inside, it is divided in a ground floor and a first floor: the former is made up of a large living area with a sofa, TV, a kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, and a beautiful wooden table; the latter is made up of three bedrooms and two balconies. It can accommodate up to seven people in two double beds, two single beds and a foldaway bed. Guest access In addition to the 150 square meters structure, guests will enjoy a large garden leaning on our olive grove. The living room includes a Smart TV connected to the internet, table games and puzzles for every age. Guests with their own car will be allowed to park it in the private car park.
