Away from the hustle and bustle right next to a beautiful forest, surrounded by plants, trees and animals, it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. The farm is cultivated! The apartment is brand new and has a high standard of construction. Both house insulation and bedding made of the purest sheep's wool contribute to the cozy feel-good climate. The space Inviting spacious and bright 3-room apartment (maisonette) With separate entrance, free parking, with two wonderful sunny terraces/balcony overlooking the mountains, forest and Christmas trees. Modern, open kitchen with living and dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds. 1x shower, toilet, sink and 1x shower tub, toilet, sink. Additional cots or mattresses are available on request. Toddlers must be booked as children and are subject to a fee. For several people or more space, the attic can be rented for up to 7 people. Private free parking, also covered on request! Other things to note The rooms in the apartment are not huge, the upper floor is rather low but very tasteful and cozy. The terrace is 3.5 x 8 meters, very private and close to nature with magnificent views of the mountains! The apartment is about 100 m² in size. The farm is 8 hectares in size, and is cultivated with Christmas tree crops. Since we do not use chemicals, it is also mowed or grazed with sheep. The forest is at your doorstep, and you can move freely in the yard.
