Idyllic apartment on the farm/two floors, with separate entrance and free parking in the middle of nature overlooking the mountains. Away from the hustle and bustle right next to a beautiful forest, surrounded by plants, trees and animals, it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. The farm is cultivated! The apartment is brand new and has a high standard of construction. Both house insulation and bedding made of the purest sheep's wool contribute to the cozy feel-good climate. The space Inviting spacious and bright 3-room apartment (maisonette) With separate entrance, free parking, with two wonderful sunny terraces/balcony overlooking the mountains, forest and Christmas trees. Modern, open kitchen with living and dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds. 1x shower, toilet, sink and 1x shower tub, toilet, sink. Additional cots or mattresses can be added on request. Infants must be booked as children and are subject to a fee. If there are multiple guests or a need for more space, the attic can be rented for up to 7 additional people (see below). The heated whirlpool (jacuzzi), which is covered and privately accessible, including bathrobes, bathing shoes, to relax and enjoy, can be rented. per week CHF 50 No cleaning fee! Please leave the apartment clean. Thank you! I live with many animals (sheep, chickens, ducks, turtles, cats) and a lot of love for nature in the main building. I create various farm and natural products. I can be purchased in the freezer or farm parlour. Every Friday I make wood-burning goods. You are welcome to buy from the oven or in the "Hoflädeli" I can cook for you on request. Real Swiss cuisine! In the house, you will find: Washing machine and dryer, for a fee and on request. Included are: - bed linen - towels - Slippers for apartment - Hair dryer - Changing table, children’s table set, high chair, wardrobe for clothes, etc. - Shower,bath blends - Toilet paper, - Chair cushion for balcony - Coffee maker that works with pads or powder,tea bags -Microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, raclette oven, cheese fondue, Chinoisgarnitur. - High-quality pans and cooking equipment, as well as multi-amer oven - Dishwasher with cutlery drawer (opens automatically when the cycle is finished) - Large fridge with freezer drawer, (bread, cake etc. to buy) - Sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, fresh herbs, - Coffee ,tea, - Welcome display: 1L. Milk, butter, jam, bread ,fresh eggs from the farm for the first breakfast, I offer FREE bread from the wood-fired oven and braided bread in the freezer!!! On request, you are welcome to use the heated Jacuzzi! which is very privately accessible from the apartment Optional: - in addition, another large room in the attic, which is connected to the apartment by a door and offers 2-7 sleeping possibilities and plenty of space for play and fun and relaxation. This room can also be heated in a nostalgic way using a wood-burning stove (additional CHF 80 per night for up to 2 people, CHF 20 for each additional person/No cleaning fee. Free private parking, covered if desired! Other things to note The rooms in the apartment are not huge, the upper floor is rather low but very tasteful and cozy. The terrace is 3.5 x 8 meters, very private and close to nature with magnificent views of the mountains! The apartment is about 100 m² in size. The farm is 8 hectares in size, and is cultivated with Christmas tree crops. Since we do not use chemicals, it is also mowed or grazed with sheep. The forest is at your doorstep, and you can move freely in the yard.
