This lovely space is a private suite attached to a Single Family Residence. Enjoy your morning coffee outside by your own flower garden. Toast a bagel or stock the mini fridge with snacks! You have a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Located between 10, 57 and 210 Fwy. Wonderful restaurants shopping nearby. Cal Poly, APU and Claremont Colleges are a few minutes away. LA is 40 -50 min. Disneyland is 50 min. And 1 hour from beautiful So Cal beaches. We DO NOT have TV The space We do have a very friendly Jack Russel in the Main Residence and Backyard. Other things to note Our pavers lead up to a private entrance gate which requires a personal code to the lock. The entry gate and private pathway to the door of your suite is well lit at night. 🌹NO SMOKING In the suite PLEASE! 🌹We provide your parking permit. 🌹Vehicles with handicap stickers do not require a permit.
