The space This is not an ordinary holiday home - this full of character building was was once Archduke Johann's house and a hotel named after him in 1850s. Now you can enjoy this beautiful, completely renovated and bright Maribor apartment in the very city centre. This MARIBOR City Apartment is located on the 1st floor of the town house in the very city centre (pedestrian area). This fully equipped place has new equipment and renovated bathroom. The apartment is very cosy, whilst people that visited before, describe it as a perfect romantic getaway spot. The apartment consists of: entry hall, invigorating room with kitchen and dining room, connected to the daily-living area, which has the possibility of extending the cosy sofa into a guest bed (140x200cm) in 10 seconds. It also offers a balcony overlooking the town square and Slovenska/Gosposka street with shops and cafes. Hall to the living room contains spacious wardrobes and entrance to the sleeping area, where a bed with memory foam mattress will be happy to relieve you from tensions of everyday life. This is a NO-SMOKING flat. We understand that some people do need it though, so feel free to smoke on the balcony! Balcony chairs and table are provided and available for your convenience as well. Also included: - free high-speed wireless internet - Samsung LED TV with 106 TV channels - new kitchen and general electricals (iron, fridge, kettle etc.), radio system - ulimited hot water (instant gas heating) and gas central heating, clean sheets and towels provided The location is perfect for people who love nature, since you can walk to the lovely Maribor city park and the nearest bakery is less than 20 meters away!
