Wonderful house in the villa El Bosque. The house itself has 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all of which are light and airy and decorated to a high standard. A porch with views to a small and charming pool and bbq. It's ideally located in an amazing protected national park which is perfect for walks, mountain- biking, horse riding, hike... You´ll find shops, bars, restaurants just around the corner. I hope you have a lovely stay in our cosy house. Parties and events are no allowed The space Beautiful House of Plants. On the ground floor you will find the living room decorated to a high standard, kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower tray and a double bedroom. The living room features a high-performance organic biomass fireplace. It provides a pleasant heat and is fully compatible with asthmatic people as it does not shed smoke, dust or dirt. In the cold months, pellet bags of 15 kg/ unit are provided to make use of what they need. Each bag costs €5 and you only have to pay for the bags you have used, normally with a pair is enough for the weekend. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms with double beds and a newly renovated bathroom with a very modern and comfortable to use large shower plate. In the back there is a patio where if they bring large pets they can leave them during summer nights, (upon request). At the front there is a porch with a bbq and a small pool facing the Majaceite River where you can cool off while enjoying the barbecue It has an awning for the hot summer days. It is a very comfortable, cozy house decorated with a lot of charm. It's ready to make you feel right. New mattresses, white cotton sheets, plumon Nordics, all so that they have as pleasant a stay as possible.
