Enjoy its spacious living room with a large fireplace and leather sofas, or its swimming pool and enclosed garden out of sight. The space General information: Large country house dating from the late 17th century, with a surface area of 200 m2, including: On the ground floor: equipped kitchen / large dining room with wood-burning stove / large living room with fireplace / large games room with wood-burning stove / board game closet / storage room with cleaning supplies / toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with access to a private shower and double beds / an accessible shower in the hallway / a separate bedroom with toilet, access to a shower and sink, as well as a double bed and a mezzanine. On the 2nd floor: 2 large dormitories in a hostel style, 7 single beds (4 + 3) with access to a shower and toilet on the 1st floor. Outside: garden with trees and a vegetable patch / indoor pool (unheated) / large sunny terrace / 2 large picnic tables / 14 sun loungers / outdoor games (swing, ping pong table, petanque game, giant chess set, badminton/volleyball net, balls, molky, etc.) / hammocks / raised wooden cabin with panoramic view / parking for several vehicles. Equipment: You will have at your disposal: 3 refrigerators / 2 ovens / 2 microwaves / 2 gas hobs / 5 coffee machines / 2 toasters / a dishwasher / 2 washing machines / 1 dryer / a smart TV / Internet / PS3 console with games and controllers / a vacuum cleaner on each floor / cleaning supplies / 1 barbecue. We provide: sheets / towels / iron / garbage bags / toilet paper / laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products / dish towels and towels / firewood. We do not provide: charcoal / baby equipment / soap and shampoo. Important Things to note: Our pool is currently “in a covered position” for safety and cleanliness (tree leaves, etc.). Our house is a charming, friendly, clean and well-maintained building. Note, however, that it is not very new: surrounded by vegetation, it is not impossible that you will encounter some insects there during your stay. We are advocates for nature and therefore avoid eradicating all kinds of living species within our accommodation (except mosquitoes). In other words: if you prefer the Accor hotel group or Ikea showrooms, the place will probably not be for you. Guest access You will have almost the entire house at your disposal. A key box with code will allow you complete autonomy. We'll stay in touch and are 100% responsive. Other things to note Pets are allowed (enclosed garden). No music outside after 10 PM!
