Enjoy its spacious living room with large fireplace and leather sofas, or its swimming pool and enclosed garden out of sight. The space Still thirsty? Large country house dating from the end of the 17th century, surface area of 200 m2, comprising: On the ground floor: equipped kitchen / large dining room with wood stove / large living room with fireplace / large games room with wood stove / board game closet / storage room with cleaning equipment / toilet. On the 1st: 2 bedrooms with private shower access and double beds / a shower accessible in the hallway / an independent bedroom with toilet, shower and sink access as well as a double bed and a mezzanine. On the 2nd: 2 large dormitories in a youth hostel style, 7 single beds (4 + 3) with shower and toilet access on the 1st. Outside: garden with vegetable garden / indoor pool (unheated) / large sunny terrace / 2 large picnic tables / 14 sun loungers / outdoor games (swing, ping pong table, petanque game, giant chess game, badminton net / volleyball, balls, molky, etc.) / hammocks / raised wooden cabin with panoramic view / parking for several vehicles. Equipment: You will have at your disposal: 3 refrigerators / 2 ovens / 2 microwaves / 2 gas stoves / 5 coffee makers / 2 toasters / a dishwasher / 2 washing machines / 1 dryer / a connected TV / internet / PS3 console with games and controllers / a vacuum cleaner on each floor / cleaning equipment / 2 barbecues. We provide: sheets / towels / iron / garbage bags / toilet paper / laundry, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products / dish towels and towels / firewood. We do not provide: charcoal / baby equipment / soap and shampoo. In addition: Our pool is currently "in a covered position" for safety and cleanliness reasons (tree leaves, etc.). Our house is a charming, friendly, clean and well-maintained building. Note, however, that it is not very new: surrounded by vegetation, it is not impossible that you will encounter some insects during your stay. We are defenders of nature and therefore avoid eradicating all kinds of living species within our accommodation (except mosquitoes). In other words: if you prefer Accor group hotels or Ikea showrooms, the place will probably not be for you. Guest access You will have almost the entire house at your disposal. A key box with code will allow you complete autonomy. We'll stay in touch and are 100% responsive. Other things to note Pets are allowed (enclosed garden). No music outside after 10pm! Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
