Hälleviksstrand - house with jetty on the water!

A few hundred meters south of Hälleviksstrand is the unique Sollidshamn in its own protected bay. You can’t live closer to the sea than this and it is no more than 20 steps from the living room to your own jetty, bathing steps and moorings. The house, which was built less than 10 years ago, is only an hour's drive north of Gothenburg, here is everything you need for a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing days. With parking 20 meters from the front door, it could not be easier. The space From the living room, bedroom, balcony and jetty you look straight out towards Kråksundsgap and there are wonderful cliffs and nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hällevikstrand is perfect for those who bring their own boat or sea kayak and the launching ramp for boats on a trailer is less than 100 meters from the house. Just a few kilometers inland there are forests, lakes and beautiful nature. If you want to skip cooking, the excellent restaurant Hotel Strana is just 30 meters from the front door. Even though Hälleviksstrand is calm and quiet, you will find the following within 10-15 minutes drive: - Orust Golfklubb with its nice 18 hole course - Tuvesvik's ferry-landing where the ferry takes yo to Gullholmen, Käringön and Härmanö with its unique nature and fantastic hiking trails. - Bohus Kayak in Stocken for sea kayak rentals. - Ellös with Hemköp supermarket, Pizzeria and an excellent seafood store. The house has been updated with new furniture and beds as late as 2020 and everything is in absolute top condition. The kitchen is well equipped and modern, the toilet/shower is fully tiled and hygienic. Everything is built for year-round use and it is warm, cosy and comfortable even in the middle of a winter storm. Sheets and towels are not included in the price but can be ordered separately.
