Villa Aethra is a beautiful three-story villa with panoramic sea views and a private pool, ideal for families or groups of friends. With warm and simple design, it features 3 bedrooms plus 2 extra beds in the living area, 5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a lovely outdoor space with sunbeds, shaded dining, lounge, outdoor shower, and stunning views. Just 2 km from Nikiana and the beach, it offers free Starlink Wi-Fi, A/C, BBQ, and our signature warm hospitality. The space Villa Aethra is a beautifully designed Villa set on a serene hillside above Nikiana village, just 2 km from the beach. Overlooking the Ionian Sea and the Acarnanian Mountains, it offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by olive trees and fragrant gardens. Part of Diodati Villas, a private gated complex of three detached homes, Aethra combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features a private pool (8m x 4.5m) with sunbeds, shaded dining space, a BBQ and outdoor shower, with panoramic views. Villa Aethra consists of two independent units with separate entrances (always rented to one group as a whole): • The Maisonette: spread across two floors, with two bedrooms (one double, one twin) each with ensuite bathrooms and balconies, plus an additional WC with shower and washing machine on the ground floor. The open-plan area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room with fireplace leading to a private patio. • The Apartment: features one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, direct access to the pool, and a sitting area with a built-in sofa that converts into two single beds. It also includes a kitchen, dining table, and an extra bathroom with shower and washing machine. Villa Aethra offers air conditioning throughout, free Starlink Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and central heating for longer winter stays. All furnishings are of high quality, ensuring comfort and a homely atmosphere. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a complimentary basket and local tips from our on-site manager, who is available for assistance throughout your stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the villa, its private pool, and private outdoor areas. The property is part of a small gated complex (Diodati Villas) and is reached via a shared driveway. Entry is secured with a code for privacy and safety. Private parking is available directly outside each villa. Other things to note The Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. Please respect the guests of the neighbouring Villas at all times. Check in from 15:00 and on. Check out before 10:00. No parties permitted unless the entire complex of all three Villas is reserved by one group. Please inquire for events like weddings or small celebrations. Our manager is there to help you with your every need, while maintaining a discreet presence. Loud music is strictly forbidden throughout the day and quiet hours start at 23:00 and finish at 8:00. A car is essential for our Villas. We can pre-stock your Villa if you need us to. We can provide baby cots. Ask us for our extra services like cleaning and linen changes (during your stay), Pre-stocking your Villa from the local grocery stores, massage, private chef, boat rental, airport transfer, photography mini shoot, etc (at extra cost and subject to availability).
