On the ground floor there are a master bedroom with a bathroom included, one bedroom with a double bed, a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with an access to the garden. On the first floor, there are one master bedroom with a bathroom included, another bedroom with with a sofa bed and a bathroom both of which offer a private access to balconies overlooking Aegean sea and the Mount Olympus, and a 3rd room with 2 single beds and a wc . The villa house has all comforts of home. It is private and cozy and you have the entire unit all at yourself. It has a full kitchen, a private terrace, a private back yard with an open shower and 2 parking places. It is equipped with AC(2), flat TV, coffee maker, wifi portable router. Guest access Enjoy the tranquility and exclusivity of your own private retreat, with the amenities of the village life including super markets, several local (fish) tavernas, patisserie, bakery, pharmacy and a fun fair for kids at a short drive from the house! Ideal for families with children with an access to peaceful, safe and exclusive beach at your footsteps (70 meters walk). Many of the guests enjoy hiking or biking the round of the Potidea peninsula seeking for wonderful sunrises on the one side and sunsets over the ancient ruins over the other side. Other things to note Dear guests, Willing to overcome the challenge, that causes great insecurity to any perspective guest due to COVID-19 pandemic, the ShareInn Team is glad to announce you some actions for your safety and health. Particularly, the house managing team is adopting stringent rules and cleaning habits, according to the federal CDC, to make everyone’s vacation and health safer, our staff’s included, as follows: First, all rooms and spaces will be thoroughly ventilated for at least a couple of hours after a departure. Ideally, the house will stay vacant for 48 hours before the cleaning service takes action. Then, a very careful cleaning procedure is arranged by our Team according to the new rules, including the wiping of any household surfaces that people frequently touch like the house keys, door & cabinet handles, light switches, TV & air- conditioning remote controllers, tables, desks, toilets, faucets and sink with disposable latex gloves & wipes with the use of a diluted bleach solution. Added to these, air conditioning filters will be disinfected while the vacuuming filter & bag will be changed for the cleaning and on guests’ arrival too. Furthermore, all fabrics (like couches and curtains) will be steam - disinfected while all linen and towels are best sanitized at the highest temperature recommended of 90C. Last, ShareInn may provide you with  some antiseptic, disposable latex gloves and wipes upon request for your staying safe and well at our home!
