The Old Wood Store - Private Room on Farmstead

A cosy double room, quality bed, mattress and freshly pressed white linen will ensure your stay is super comfortable. The ensuite shower room is 'compact' but stylish with solid marble shower tray. The room has comfy low seating with a coffee table, where you can relax and bring your own refreshments. Please note there are no kitchen facilities in the room. The space Penvores Farm is a secluded former farm consisting of 5 unique holiday spaces in addition to the owners home. All the accommodations are beautifully and thoughtfully furnished with comfort, style and privacy in mind. What makes Penvores Farm special? Hidden away from the road up a private, meandering tree-lined drive, yet with incredibly easy access to the high quality beaches and coastline of The Lizard Peninsula AONB. The perfect location if you want peace and quiet near the coast with easy access to the whole of West Cornwall. Guest access The Old Wood Store is attached to our family home, however there is no part of our house accessible to guests. Kettle, mugs and basic cutlery is provided in the room on the basis that guests may bring their own food and anything additional needed to prepare it. i.e Croissants for breakfast etc. Washing up facilities would be either the bathroom sink or outdoor tap located just outside. There is access to a fridge and microwave in the car port for small items such as mik etc. There is no access to a kitchen. During your stay It’s always nice to meet face to face on arrival if possible but if I’m not around everything will be ready for you to settle in on your own. Once you’re in I won’t disturb you unless you need anything. Other things to note In addition to our family home, there are other holiday accommodations on the farm. We ask all guests to respect each other’s peace by keeping noise to a minimum.
