Very safe and central. You will have a duplex of two houses each is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. So you will have access to a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms 2 kitchens with all basic stuff you need at each house. The houses are beside each other with same address: Unit A and Unit B Guest access Guest can have access to the full house including the back and front yard and all amenities of the house except one closet.
