Follow us on Instagram - stailalva, Alvaneu village. The space The apartment is secluded under a rocky ledge (absolutely harmless) above Alvaneu village. In winter, we often get visits from wild animals. From spring to autumn, the surroundings invite you to hike, bike, climg and be. It is also great for trade fair participants (e.g. WEF Davos), as our village is just 20 minutes away from Davos. Stailalva (Romanesque for edelweiss) was completed only a year ago and fully furnished. The views over the village and mountains is a dream come true. Anyone who's ever been here keeps coming back. We are also pampered climatically: in winter we have alpine flair, in summer a little Ticino. Our apartment invites - it is bright and can accommodate six people (with a sofa bed even eight people). The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fondue and raclette dishes...). Next spring, the living room will be equipped with a pellet stove. The washing machine/dryer is available in the storage room to make it even more welcoming for long-term guests. The garden can also be used - a trampoline, swing, slide, sandbox and children's playhouse are available for our small guests. It is a paradise for young and old. On request, this accommodation can also be booked with breakfast. Guest access Guests have their own entrance and are allowed to use the entire apartment. You will stay on the south balcony of the apartment. If laundry is required, our washing machine may be used. Pellets for the oven (from 2016) are included in the rental. Our garden can also be used. Other things to note Our property is ideal for sensitive people or guests who want to leave the hectic world behind and unwind. That is why everyone can decide for themselves whether the Internet is necessary or not.
