Beautiful and sunny house near the sea

Beautiful and bright house among hills of pine fields, tranquility, golf and nearby beaches. The room is for one person. You have several outdoor spaces where you can relax or work; terrace, private garden and parking. The room has a comfortable double bed and the bathroom is shared with me. You can enjoy the community pool. Parking is available at the foot of the house. You'll share my house with me and my kitten, so I hope you're not allergic :-) The space The house has several areas where you can relax, such as the garden, the main balcony and a great terrace/solarium from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside, the sea and the salt flats. Guest access The house has street parking. During your stay I will be available to greet you as well as during your stay via Whatsapp. Other things to note There is a cat in the house, so I hope you are not allergic to cats. The room is for one person only. You can use the kitchen to make yourself a coffee or tea, use the microwave to heat food but no hob cooking, thank you.
