We have thought of everything for your convenience. #Remote learning&work will not be a problem, as there is now wifi. There are plenty of board games to play and books to read, fish to be caught, trails to be explored, and kayaking or boating on the nearby lakes. There is a fire pit and cozy front porch to sit around or in. The loft is fun for sleeping in. Plenty of space for gathering to enjoy time together. Downhill ski at #SundayRiver or #BlackMt. in Rumford, or bring your #ATV or #Snowmobile and ride from the front door. Devils Den is right up the road. Come and enjoy the quaint little town's atmosphere. Ride the road to #Mooselicmaguntic lake in Oquossic. #waterfalls are spectacular right now with the amount of water coming down from the mountains. There is a charge for more than two guests & a pet fee. Please check with local clubs for ATV & snowmobile trail conditions and/or closures. Guest access There is a firepit and gas grill, plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Property is located on the trail systems for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hiking and boating is easily accessible as well. Cabin is located 40min from Sunday River Ski Resort and 34 minutes to Black Mountain Ski Area for downhill skiing during winter. Coos Canyon (waterfalls) is a small trail ride or car drive from the cabin. There are local cross country ski trails. Dog sledding available in Newry, next town over. We have installed wifi for your convenience which allows you to use your lap top or your phone to send and receive your emails. or stream online. We want to inform you there is NO access to our garage or anything in it. You can not get any better Snowmobiling or Atving, snowshoeing then from our door yard. The trails are well groomed and maintained by active local clubs. We have the best riding, just sayin'. Other things to note There is a cabin journal for you to feel free to read and also write in. We love to read your entries of the memories made while you visited. We have now added a pet journal to write in. Write from your pups perspective :) We have read some entries from recent guests, they have definitely enjoyed their stay. "We love that we can get on the trail system from your back yard.".
