Our 120 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends. The space Make yourself at home in this cosy and individual appartment. The big living and dining room with a fireplace gives you a romantic and warm feeling. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need (Microwave, coffeemaker, oven, a fridge filled with water, beer, jam and butter and cupboards with tea, coffee, herbs, rice and pasta). In the modern bathroom you get towels, hairdryer, shampoo and soap. The two individual bedrooms are in a cosy and modern style. In the backyard we have a romantic place just for you, to enjoy a glas of wine! We are looking forward to meet you!
