There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and plush mattresses to ensure a restful sleep. Open concept kitchen has facilities for a quick, light meal when you want to stay in for the night. Stylish living room has a smart TV, and a sofa to to make you feel right at home. The space Driveway can accommodate two regular passenger vehicles. Washer and dryer are on the first floor. There is a balcony outside second floor dining area. Guest access The whole house is available to all guests, though the utility room is off limit for safty reason. The garage is for storage only, guests can access to place garbage and recyclables. Other things to note ***STAIRS* ** This is a 3-story townhouse with garage, laundry and utility rooms on the first floor, kitchen and living room the second, and bedrooms the third. So there are some stairs to climb. Some may find this is challenging even with handrails throughout. Please also note that addition fee may apply for guests with EVs that require on premise charging.
