✵ Brand New Apartment in Buda Centre close to Downtown ✵ Enjoy being among the first guests, in a friendly, modern apartment, since the renovation has just been finished in 2019 October. All services serve your comfort, public transportation is excellent, reach the downtown in 15 minutes by tram or bus. Cheap parking (5EUR/day) is available as well by 3 minutes walk from the appartment.☟ See details below ☟ The space The apartment consists of 3 separately accessible rooms, 2 bedroom, and a living room which can be used as a bedroom as well with a large sofabed ( 160*220 when opened ). There are two large smart TVs ( 50" ) and fast WIFI as well. Aircondition for the whole apartment in summer, and nice heating in the winter. The bigger balcony is 16m long, so you can sit out for a morning coffee or there is a smaller balcony as well. The apartment is non smoking area, it's possible to smoke only outside on any of the balconies. If you like board or card games, there's a bar in the living room. Other things to note Since 2021 September by law, all hosts and hotels in Hungary have to register their guests by scanning their ID or passport in a national system with an official Mobile application. There's also a tourism tax in Hungary, which is not part of your reservation fee, should be paid in cash during your stay. In my district the fee is 804 HUF/Person/Night.
