Charming little eco-friendly wooden house.

Charming little 70 m2 wooden house located in a green setting, close to the sea and hiking trails. The house has 2 bedrooms, one large and one small, as well as a double bed on the mezzanine. Vegetable garden and nice terrace with evening sun! Wi-Fi but no TV or dishwasher. Very convenient dry toilet to use. 2.5 km to the beach by trails and 2 km to the village of Telgruc. A nice little cat will probably keep you company! The space In front of the house is a large separate garage. I will regularly go there to pick up and drop off things, tinker and sometimes spend the night in the trailer next to the garage. I will be very discreet and this has never been a problem for tenants. I just prefer to warn you that I may be required to be present in this space without disturbing you.
