La Ninota is a house restored in 2020, built in 1938 following the plans of a Swiss architect. Well-designed and cozy, with light on all four sides. In the garden there is a barbecue, with the possibility of putting tables outside and having an outdoor lunch. Ideal location for hiking and biking trails. Visit the castles of the region, the Capellades Paper Mill... Excellent municipal swimming pool 8 minutes' walk away. La Ninota has the three key category The space La Ninota features a dining area with a very large integrated kitchen, four spacious rooms and a terrace overlooking the end of the village and the mountain. In the lower part there is a winery with a billiard and a foosball. In the garden there is also an orchard for your own and also guests for the duration of their stay. Two surveillance cameras are installed in the garden to monitor the entrance for intruders, wild boars and roe deer. If guests request it, both cameras are covered for their peace of mind for the duration of their stay. As of 23 April 2026, they have been rendered permanently inactive, but I am leaving them in place as a deterrent against potential intruders. The house does not have a pool. In any case, guests who come at the weekend will have 10 tickets to use the well-equipped municipal swimming pool. Guests staying for a week will receive 20 tickets.
