30 m2 bedroom in a large property with private independent access by outdoor staircase that can accommodate up to 5 people. Bathroom and private toilet. Exit from the nearby A19 motorway. Possibility of walks in the countryside along paths or along the Yonne, and visits to typical surrounding towns and villages such as nearby Sens, Joigny or Villeneuve-sur-Yonne. Gourmet restaurants will offer you local specialties. The space A double bed, a single bed, a folding bed with a foam mattress and a sofa bed (2 people in the double bed, 1 person in the single bed and 2 other people on the sofa bed, so the bedroom can accommodate 5 people), as well as a living room with a sofa, make up the room. The beds are made upon arrival, but face cloths and bath towels are not provided. The bathroom and toilet are PRIVATE. A microwave and kettle are available, as well as tea and coffee bags. A folding crib is also available upon request. We ask our guests to avoid taking showers after 11 PM. We sleep on the ground floor, and it makes a lot of noise in the pipes. Thank you for your understanding. A full, homemade and varied breakfast is available as an extra for €10 per person (please let me know at least the day before). You have the option to rent a 2nd bedroom that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children on the same floor, with a bathroom shared by the 2 rooms (not rentable via Airbnb because it is reserved for people who know each other). I would like to point out that the bathroom is PRIVATE. You will be ALONE on the floor, EXCEPT if you wish to come with people you know who will occupy the bedroom on the same floor and with whom you will share the bathroom, but ONLY in this case. The car will be parked in a closed courtyard, and a garage will be made available for 2-wheelers. Cats and dogs are accepted provided they are calm, we are notified of their presence, and their owner does not leave them alone in the room. Guest access A car is required to visit the surrounding cities. A closed courtyard is available to park your vehicle as well as a garage for 2-wheelers. Other things to note Independent entrance by external stairs which preserves everyone's privacy. We have a nice but fearful Rebeccat cat. If she sees a dog, she won't approach but will hide. I gladly accept cats and dogs for a small fee as long as I am informed in advance, the animals should not be left alone if their master is away.. Thank you.
