30 m2 bedroom in a large property with private independent access by outdoor staircase that can accommodate up to 5 people. Bathroom and private toilet in an adjacent room. Exit from the nearby A19 motorway. Possibility of walks in the countryside by the paths or along the Yonne and visit typical surrounding towns and villages such as nearby Sens, Joigny or Villeneuve sur Yonne. Gourmet restaurants will offer you local specialties. The space A double bed, a single bed, a folding bed with foam mattress and a sofa bed, (2 people in the double bed, 1 person in the single bed and 2 other people on the sofa bed, the bedroom can therefore accommodate 5 people) as well as a living room with a sofa make up the bedroom. The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. The bathroom is reserved for you. A microwave is at your disposal as well as tea and coffee bags. An umbrella bed is also available on request. A complete homemade and varied breakfast is offered in addition at the rate of 8 euros per person( please let me know at least the day before). Possibility to rent a 2nd bedroom that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children on the same floor and shared bathroom for the 2 rooms. The car will be parked in an enclosed courtyard and a garage will be available for both wheels. Cats and dogs are accepted provided that they are calm, that we are notified of their presence and that their owner does not leave them alone in the room. Guest access A car is required to visit the surrounding cities. A closed courtyard is available to park your vehicle as well as a garage for 2-wheelers. Other things to note Independent entrance by external stairs which preserves everyone's privacy. We have a cat, Rebeccat, who is nice but scared. If she sees a dog, she won't approach but will hide.
