Cadbury Cottage in popular village sleeps 2-7

Delightful cottage, retaining period features with modern amenities including eV car charging. In popular village (great pub & local cafe/deli) close to great natural landscapes, national parks, heritage sites and between 2 coasts. Two double (opt. twin) bedrooms, one en-suite; converted loft bedroom with 2 singles and sofa bed (access suitable for hobbits/children!); travel cot on request; full wet room bathroom; fully fitted kitchen, separate living/dining room. Rather steep staircases! The space This is a quirky cottage, around four hundred years old, which in centuries past was integral with our own house. It has been carefully renovated and updated for self-catering guests with flexible accommodation. Note that the stairs throughout are steeper than modern houses. There are two double (optional twin) bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower wet room. The fully converted loft is ideal for children and young people (access from the staircase is height-restricted but the room is fully accessible for the able) and will accommodate three (or more) children/teens with no difficulty. There is a large wetroom bathroom with a walk-in shower and full bath. On the ground floor is a large living room/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with seating and table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for a few days to a few weeks' stay. In addition to store cupboard basics (cereals, jam, teas, coffee) we will supply a breakfast welcome pack of fresh bread, butter, milk, yoghurt, juice, eggs and bacon to get you started. Outside, large carriage gates give access from the road to the back door of Cadbury Cottage and the secluded, walled courtyard beyond. There is a gate between the rear area of the cottage and the main courtyard. Guest access Cadbury Cottage has its own deck space outside, and you are welcome to use any of the outdoor areas in the courtyard, provided you are happy to be around us and our pets! There is fridge freezer space available in the barn for guests, with a washing machine adn drier for guests if required. Other things to note We urge our guests to treat the cottage as they would their own home.
