This lovely villa is surrounded by nature and features a spacious GARDEN where you can relax on lounge chairs, enjoy a BARBECUE, or dine outdoors at the PATIO TABLE. THE GARDEN offers both sun and shade, (canopy for extra comfort) A BIKE SHELTER is available and equipped with a charging station for e-bikes. You can PARK right next to the house on the Street, or in a private parking space just a few steps from the gate. The BEDROOMS are confortable, with the option to add a CRIB FOR INFANTS. The space "Deda Maison" is equipped with 2 TVs ( an Astra sat with Amazon, Prime and Amazon Music Unlimited and Netflix in the living room ), radio and wii-fii. The kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, oven and all the tools suitable for preparing a good dish. The bathroom is private and has two sinks and a large mirror; guests can also use a large wardrobe space to arrange suitcases, jackets, shoes. The Master Bedroom is the ideal room for a couple, with TV , large closets and dressers while the second room offers two single beds ideal for children or friends, a desk, it is a pull-out desk with large closets and drawers. Finally, the house has a large garden where guests can enjoy the sun on a deck chair or walk barefoot in the grass... just before the beginning of the garden the house has an outdoor table where you can spend beautiful summer dinners enjoying the sunset of the Nebbian countryside. The garden also has a bbq. There is a shelter for bicycles and bike charging. Outside the house you can always park (private parking) or 20 m away there is parking reserved for the house ( on the curve ) Guest access Guests will have access to: Living Room, Kitchen, Private Bathroom, Closet, Garden and the Room(s) that has/have been previously booked. Other things to note "Deda Maison" consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two with single beds: it is therefore suitable for families with 2 children; or couples and friends who love to relax after days at the lake or walking along the many trails around.
